Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, presenting and promoting residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and achieving sales targets. The role involves staying updated on real estate market trends and ensuring exceptional customer service.Qualifications- Experience in Sales and Customer Service - Understanding of Real Property, with the ability to effectively communicate its value to clients - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Proficiency in using property management or CRM software is a plus - Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi preferred; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
