You’ll shape how our brands show up online, build real engagement (not vanity likes), and turn content into impact.If Instagram, YouTube, and Reels are second nature to you—and analytics don’t scare you—you’ll fit right in. What will you doBuild and execute a solid social media strategy aligned with business goalsCreate, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) on Instagram, Facebook & YouTubeOwn day-to-day community management: comments, DMs, mentionsStay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and competitor movesTrack performance (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and share insightsWork closely with marketing, design & content teams to keep the brand on pointLead influencer collaborations end-to-end (this is a BIG part of the role)Coordinate with the Performance Marketing Manager on paid campaignsEnsure brand voice, vibe, and visuals stay consistent across platforms Skills you will NeedDeep understanding of social platforms & best practicesStrong content creation, copywriting & storytelling skillsHands-on experience with analytics & reporting toolsTrend-spotting superpower + quick adaptabilityExcellent communication & community management skillsCreative mindset with sharp attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)4–5 years of solid social media experience Why you will love it here
