About Ctrl PlusCtrl Plus is where creativity meets strategy and turns into scroll stopping content.We help educational institutions and brands zoom in on what matters their presence, performance, and real engagement.If you think in hooks, dream in reels, and can spot a trend before it becomes a trend… you’re probably one of us.Who We’re Looking ForA Social Media Manager who’s part strategist, part creator, part analyst and is 100% obsessed with building brands online.Someone who can take a school, a startup, or a caffeine brand and make them all look like they run the internet.Your Daily Superpowers• Build and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and more.• Create content calendars that are consistent, smart and never boring.• Write crisp, engaging copy that makes people stop scrolling.• Ideate and oversee reels, static creatives, carousels, stories and trending formats.• Work closely with the design team to turn ideas into high-quality content.• Track performance, analyse insights and turn data into actions.• Stay updated with trends, memes, formats, sounds and platform updates.• Engage with the audience, manage comments, DM's and community interactions.• Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback and smooth execution.• Ensure all brands maintain their unique voice and identity.You’re a Fit If You Have:• 2 to 4 years of social media experience, with agency experience as a bonus.• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms along with content psychology.• An instinct for storytelling and developing a strong brand voice.• Solid communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly and confidently.• A knack for identifying what works and what doesn’t and improving it quickly.• Ability to multitask efficiently without losing composure.• Basic knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, design tools & AI tools.
