This role will be responsible for driving market growth, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering impactful go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse regional audiences.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with creative storytelling and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Market Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesIdentify growth opportunities across India and SEA markets through data-driven insightsManage regional marketing budgets to maximize ROI2. Customer & Market InsightsConduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and trendsAnalyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategyCollaborate with product teams to ensure strong product-market fit3. Messaging & PositioningDefine and refine product positioning tailored to regional marketsCraft compelling messaging frameworks that differentiate offerings4. Go-to-Market (GTM) ExecutionLead end-to-end GTM strategy for product launches and feature releasesEnsure consistent and effective communication across all channelsDrive adoption and market penetration across regions5. Campaign ManagementPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and partner channelsGenerate demand, increase brand awareness, and support revenue growth6. Content & Sales EnablementOversee creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assetsEquip sales teams with tools, training materials, and competitive insightsSupport regional sales teams to improve conversion and pipeline growth7. Performance Tracking & AnalyticsDefine and monitor KPIs to measure campaign and product marketing effectivenessProvide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement8. Customer AdvocacyBuild and nurture customer advocacy programsDevelop case studies, testimonials, and success stories9. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product management, sales, and leadership teamsAlign marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals10. Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and influence cross-functional teams across geographiesFoster a collaborative, high-performance marketing cultureQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)6–10+ years of experience in product marketing or regional marketing rolesProven experience managing multi-country marketing initiatives (India & SEA preferred)Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C marketing strategiesExperience in GTM planning, campaign management, and brand positioningKey SkillsStrategic thinking and execution excellenceStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExceptional communication and storytelling abilitiesStakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationProject management and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in SaaS / technology / high-growth startupsFamiliarity with regional nuances across SEA marketsExperience working with distributed teamsSuccess MetricsMarket growth and revenue contribution across regionsCampaign performance (ROI, leads, conversions)Product adoption and engagement metricsBrand awareness and market positioning strength
