The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, be comfortable working with data and SEO tools, and be passionate about improving website visibility and organic search performance across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities of SEO SpecialistManage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB) for local and national clients.Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.Execute on-page SEO activities, including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and URL structuring.Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to implement improvements.Execute link-building activities to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative sources.Work closely with the content team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and user intent.Track, analyze, and report SEO performance and provide actionable insights.Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.Requirements for SEO Specialist Job in Pune13 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and link building.Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.Basic knowledge of technical SEO concepts such as site structure, indexing, crawling, and page speed optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.Preferred Skills for SEO Specialist Job in PuneExperience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.Understanding of basic HTML and website structure.Role: SEOIndustry Type: Advertising & Marketing (Digital Marketing)Department: Marketing & CommunicationEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Digital MarketingEducationUG: Any Graduate
