Join our team as a Product Owner SEO, SEA & Internal Search and make a significant impact on our digital presence.Mission:Drive the vision of SEO by shaping the strategy, roadmap, and goals with the overall goal to deliver business impact to our websites by improving their visibility in the main search enginesLead all search-related initiatives and manage the Search community to ensure effective search functionality for website visitors.Responsibilities:GeneralStay updated on trends (Al, etc.).Manage yearly budgets for licenses and change requests.Evaluate and assess tools regularly.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (SEO and Search experts).Drive improvements in technical solutions.Create and maintain documentation up to date (articles, training presentations, e-learnings).Help promote awareness and best practice about your products across the organization including educating stakeholders.Manage vendors and partners.Contribute to Web Platform Team process improvements.Measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide product updates and training to stakeholders.Maintain and continuously improve the product, making it aligned with the Web Platform vision.Create and maintain the product roadmap.Utilize industry best practices and standards.Develop and communicate support processes for your products, including documentation and procedures for 1st/2nd/3rd level support and delivery.Define and review Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) annually.SEOOwn SEO tools and solutions within Client Group.Act as webmaster for major search engines (Google, Bing).Ensure technical SEO compliance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.Review and improve SEO performance metrics.Monitor and improve page indexing.Address and resolve current errors and fix not found pages.Support on the issues raised from editors and stakeholders.SEAStay updated with Google Ads changes.Maintain error-free conversions at MCC level.Propose and implement new conversions at MCC level.Propose and implement new MCC structures.Internal Search (Algolia)Improve search results based on user data.Propose and support out-of-the-box features.Collaborate with editors, stakeholders and developers to maintain an error-free internal search engine.To Succeed, You Will Need:3+ years in the field of technical SEO.Advanced knowledge of search engines.Experience working on large and international websites.Knowledge of Oncrawl, Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Ads.Knowledge of Algolia search engine is a plus.Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong English language skills (verbal and written).Ability to manage change requests and ensure quality delivery.Personality RequirementsProduct evangelist with strategic vision.End-user centric and business-minded.Objective-oriented, self-organized, and self-driven.Strong leadership and communication skills.Eager to learn new technologies.Practical and creative problem-solving abilities.Methodical and able to prioritize and adapt.Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced digital landscape.Innovative mindset promoting digital transformation.Commitment to ethical behavior and integrity.Willingness to make short trips abroad.A person who complies with our DNA => Commitment - Interaction - Innovation
