With exciting upcoming projects like Hello Park, we are expanding our footprint in the entertainment and experiential marketing spaceJob Overview: We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in brand management and a proven ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.This role requires creative vision, leadership capability, and strategic thinking to build long-term brand equity while supporting business growthKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market positioning, brand visibility, and long-term equity growth.Lead integrated marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling brand communication.Drive campaign ideation, creative development, and execution in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, design, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis; translate consumer insights into data-driven strategic decisions.Track campaign performance metrics, analyze ROI, and present detailed post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance.Experience & Qualifications:5–8 years of experience in brand management or related marketing roles (preferably handling established brands).Demonstrated expertise in ATL, BTL, and digital campaign execution.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to drive long-term brand initiatives.Proven track record of conceptualizing and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.Feel free to connect at
