Role: Lead Generation ExecutiveExperience Preferred: 1-3 YearsLocation: PuneJob Description:Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.Conduct US outbound calling to generate and qualify business leads.Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.Track and report lead generation metrics and performance.Build and maintain a database of potential clients.Follow up with prospects to nurture leads.Required Skills:Experience with US calling / international outbound calling.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with lead generation tools, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.Good research and data collection skills.Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.Ability to work independently and meet targets.
