Role SummaryThe Marketing Manager will lead the brand’s marketing efforts to elevate visibility, drive villa bookings, build a loyal customer base, and strengthen the luxury positioning of Villas by Noor. This role involves strategic planning, digital marketing execution, brand storytelling, partnerships, content creation, and data-driven performance optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Brand BuildingDefine and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Position Villas by Noor as a premier choice for luxury holiday stays and premium experiences. Develop seasonal campaigns, offers, and promotional calendars. Social Media & Online PresenceLead social media strategy and content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using analytics tools. Content & StorytellingOversee development of high-quality marketing collateral — blogs, visuals, brochures, videos, email campaigns. Work with photographers, videographers, and creators to capture villa experiences and guest moments. Customer Engagement & CRMImplement initiatives to nurture leads and drive repeat bookings (newsletters, loyalty programs). Use CRM tools to segment audiences and personalize communications. Partnerships & PRBuild partnerships with travel agents, luxury lifestyle brands, tour operators, influencers, and media outlets. Coordinate PR outreach, press releases, and media collaborations to increase brand mentions.Market InsightsConduct competitor analysis and trend research to inform strategy. Continuously monitor customer preferences and feedback to adapt positioning.Qualifications & SkillsMust-HaveBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.5–8+ years of marketing experience — preferably in hospitality, luxury travel, real estate, or lifestyle brands. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics. Excellent written and visual storytelling skills. PreferredExperience with luxury hospitality or travel brands. Understanding of CRM systems and customer segmentation. Familiarity with influencer ecosystem and PR outreach.
