Job Description:
Peoplefy is looking for a Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist who will drive outbound outreach for our GCC, Engineering, Automotive, and BFSI hiring solutions. This role involves identifying high-potential prospects, building targeted email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and generating qualified meetings for the Sales & Client Relations team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research toolsUse tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, RocketReach to extract verified email IDsCreate, execute & optimize multi-channel outreach sequences (Email, LinkedIn, InMail) using Lemlist, HubSpotCollaborate with the Sales Team to define ICPs & messaging for Peoplefy’s RPO, GCC Talent Practice & Engineering hiring solutionsWrite high-quality outbound emails tailored to industry (GCCs, Tech, Automotive, BFSI, Consulting)Maintain data hygiene in CRM and track weekly campaign performanceResearch companies, decision-makers & industry trends to support GTM strategyGenerate high-quality discovery meetings for the Sales TeamCoordinate closely with Marketing for brand alignment on campaignsEnsure domain health, sender reputation, and deliverability best practicesRequired Experience4–5 years of experience in Lead Generation / Outbound Sales / B2B Email MarketingStrong exposure to sales tools: Lemlist, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LushaExperience creating automated sequences in email outreach toolsExperience working in B2B sales, HR Tech, Recruitment Services, Staffing, or SaaS (preferred)Strong writing skills, understanding of messaging for CXOs / HR / TA leadersPrior experience generating meetings for sales teams
