The responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, driving lead generation initiatives, monitoring web analytics, and creating engagement strategies to boost online presence. The role will require close collaboration with the team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and contribute to measurable growth. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing and platforms to manage accounts effectively and increase engagement.Proficiency in Lead Generation and Marketing strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics, coupled with the ability to assess and refine performance metrics.Strong analytical and communication skills to interpret data and craft compelling marketing content.Adaptable team player with the ability to work on-site in Pune and align with company goals.Prior experience in digital marketing or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
