We’re looking for a hands-on Partnerships & Growth Executive who can own affiliate networks, direct brand alliances, and new business generation end-to-end.This role is for someone who understands performance marketing, enjoys building long-term relationships, and knows how to convert partnerships into revenue.What You’ll OwnAffiliate NetworksManage relationships with top affiliate networks (tracking, validations, payouts, offer updates)Coordinate campaigns, resolve discrepancies, and optimize performanceIdentify and onboard new affiliate networks across geographiesDirect Brand AlliancesBuild and manage direct partnerships with brands & advertisersNegotiate commissions, exclusives, coupon codes & special campaignsAct as the primary point of contact for brand partnershipsDrive repeat business and long-term alliancesNew Business & GrowthIdentify new partnership opportunities, verticals & revenue streamsPitch CouponzGuru to brands, agencies & performance teamsConvert inbound & outbound leads into scalable partnershipsSupport market expansion and high-impact campaignsCollaboration & InsightsWork closely with content, SEO & marketing teams to scale winning offersTrack performance and share insights on what to scale or optimizeWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business developmentExperience in affiliate marketing is a mustStrong understanding of affiliate economics (CPS / CPA / rev-share)Hands-on experience with affiliate networks AND direct brand dealsExcellent communication & negotiation skillsSelf-driven, ownership mindset, growth-focusedExperience with coupons, deals or performance platforms is a big plusWhy Join CouponzGuru?Work directly with the founder & leadership teamHigh ownership, high impact roleOpportunity to build partnerships at scalePerformance-driven, fast-growing environmentKindly note - This is a mandatory work from office profile in Pune.
