What You’ll DoA. Strategy & Planning● Develop and own the lead generation roadmap aligned with company growth goals.● Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and audience segments to target high-valueprospects.● Set measurable goals for MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.B. Campaign Management● Design and execute integrated campaigns across channels — email, paid ads, socialmedia, webinars, and content syndication.● Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging campaign assets.● Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversion.C. Marketing Automation & CRM● Build and manage lead workflows, nurture journeys, and scoring models.● Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo,etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Odoo).● Maintain lead hygiene, deduplication, and data quality across platforms.D. Analytics & Reporting● Track key metrics like MQLs, CPL, CTR, and campaign ROI.● Measure funnel performance — from first touch to closed deal — and identifyimprovement areas.● Build dashboards and present insights to leadership to guide decision-making.E. Sales Collaboration● Partner with the sales team to define qualification criteria, SLAs, and lead handoverprocesses.● Establish clear communication loops to improve lead quality and conversion rates.● Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted outreach programs.3. Required Key SkillsCategory- What It MeansTools & amp; Tech Proficiency with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads,LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools like GoogleAnalytics or Looker Studio.Marketing Expertise Experience in lead generation, performance marketing, funnel optimization, and B2B campaign strategy.Data Skills Ability to analyze campaign performance, ROI, and funnel metrics toguide optimization.Cross-Functional CollaborationSkilled at aligning with sales, content, and product teams to deliver unified campaigns.Strategic Mindset Balances long-term planning with tactical execution and experimentation.Soft Skills Strong communicator, problem solver, and collaborator who thrives in fast-moving environments.5.
