Role: Vertical Marketing Lead – Insurance and Banking Industry (US Exp Preferred)Work Location: RemoteExperience: 10 - 12 Years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, Event, Demand Generation, preferably in B2B, Fintech, or Insurance verticals.Qualification: Any Degree (Preference relevant education)Notice period: 30 – 60 daysAbout the Role:The Vertical Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns through internal teams and external vendors, working closely with performance marketing to strengthen Moder’s visibility and engagement with target customers. You will lead Moder’s brand presence at key events and ensure every marketing touchpoint is optimized for measurable growth.This role focuses on the U.S. market—specifically leaders in the Insurance and Banking sectors—so prior U.S. market experience is essential, with 10-12 years in relevant industry roles. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end marketing initiatives for the region, partnering closely with on-ground sales leaders and vertical business heads to drive aligned, impactful growth.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive holistic growth across markets, brand, and revenue. Translate business priorities into actionable marketing programs spanning brand, product, and regional initiatives.Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and optimize digital, email, and ABM campaigns using internal teams and external lead-generation partners. Track ROI, lead quality, and overall funnel contribution. Support vertical business leaders by delivering high-quality, relevant leads that drive growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with overall business goals.Growth & Performance Marketing: Own the full marketing funnel—driving awareness, acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Lead digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, SEM, social, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships to accelerate scalable growth.Analytics & Optimization: Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, extract meaningful insights, and drive data-based decisions that continuously improve marketing effectiveness.Other Skills:Proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.Deep expertise in product marketing, brand building, digital marketing, ABM, and GTM execution.Experience working in matrixed environments and collaborating effectively with global and regional teams.Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strong analytical mindset and project management abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
