Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in India. The Social Media Manager will oversee the creation and execution of engaging social media campaigns, manage and optimize social media channels, and develop strategic content plans. Responsibilities will include analyzing performance metrics, crafting compelling written content, and implementing strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to achieve company goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance online presence and audience engagementStrong Communication skills paired with Writing expertise for crafting impactful and engaging contentExperience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategy for various social media platformsFamiliarity with social media performance analytics toolsProactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a teamProven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with an understanding of beauty and personal care industries, is preferred
