The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.Key Responsibilities :- Assist in planning and executing integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns - Coordinate with creative, design, content, and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution - Manage social media updates, lead campaigns, and performance tracking - Prepare campaign reports, MIS, and insights for management review - Liaise with external vendors for events, site branding, print collaterals, and promotions - Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and documentation - Support lead generation activities, site visits, and promotional campaigns - Ensure all communication and creatives follow brand guidelines - Analyse campaign data and suggest optimisation strategies for better performanceRequired Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role - Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in real estate marketing is an added advantagePerks & Benefits :- Opportunity to work on premium real estate projects. - Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture. - Exposure to both digital and on-ground marketing activities.
