The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with social media management, including content creation, communication with clients, developing and implementing social media strategies, and optimising social media presence. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work located in Pune but there is flexibility for some remote work.Develop and implement effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of social media professionals, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored social media solutions.Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure relevancy and effectiveness.Create and curate visually compelling content that aligns with brand aesthetics and appeals to our target audience.Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with results.Solid understanding of design aesthetics and how to apply them to social media content.Excellent client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple projects at once.Creative thinker with a passion for staying on top of trends in social media, design, and digital marketingSocial Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in content strategy and writingKnowledge of social media platforms and toolsExperience in managing social media accounts and campaignsAbility to analyse social media data and generate insightsCreative thinking and problem-solving skills
