This role will collaborate closely with the Influencer Marketing team to createcompelling social media campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and community forour skincare brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, and a sharpunderstanding of what performs well on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emergingchannels.Company Description:Ghar Soaps is a skin care brand based in Pune, dedicated to simplifying skin care routinesfor effective results. Our brand's mission is to make skin care simple and accessible to allindividuals. With a focus on natural ingredients and straightforward products, Ghar Soapsaims to enhance the skin care experience for customers.Key Responsibilities:● Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives andseasonal campaigns.● Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to plan, brief, and curateinfluencer-led content that aligns with brand storytelling.● Manage day-to-day content calendars across platforms — Instagram, YouTube,Facebook, and others.● Conceptualize and oversee eye-catching, trend-driven content including reels,product videos, UGC, and community engagement posts.● Analyze engagement metrics to optimize content performance and identify growthopportunities.● Stay ahead of social and beauty trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keepthe brand fresh and relevant.● Work closely with performance and brand marketing teams to integrate organic andpaid strategies.Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.● 4–6 years of experience managing social media for consumer, D2C, orbeauty/lifestyle brands.● Strong creative and visual sensibility — must have an eye for aesthetic, trend-drivencontent.● Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta BusinessSuite).● Experience working with influencers and creators for content ideation andcollaboration.- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an understanding of brand tone
