We are looking for a Marketing Manager (4–6 years) who can own demand generation, partner & product marketing, and Generative AI Optimization (GEO) ensuring that Fortytwo Labs is discoverable across search engines and AI assistants alike. Generative AI Optimization (GEO) & SEO Define and execute strategies forGenerative AI Optimization (GEO)to ensure Fortytwo Labs appears correctly and prominently inAI-driven answer engines(ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity). Maintain canonicalcompany fact sheets , structured data, FAQs, and authoritative content to reduce hallucinations and increase citations. Manage end-to-end SEO: on-page optimization, keyword strategy, link building, and technical health. 2. Partner & Ecosystem Marketing Build co-marketing campaigns withOEMs (Red Hat, MongoDB) ,resellers (HPE, SIs) , andISVs . Develop joint solution briefs, case studies, webinars, and event strategies. Track and reportpartner-sourced pipelineand ROI on MDF usage. 3. Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, retargeting, webinars, expos). Align campaigns with BFSI, defense, telecom, and critical infra audiences. Own website CRO, landing pages, and inbound lead conversion. 4. Product & Solution Marketing Translate complexcryptographic innovations(MFA42, ACCESS42, COMM42, Q-DataVault, API Security) into compelling positioning. Create sales enablement kits: one-pagers, presentations, battlecards, regulated-sector narratives. Support product launches with coordinated GTM plans. 5. Developer & Community Marketing Collaborate with product teams to produceSDK documentation, tutorials, and technical blogs . Seed developer community engagement through webinars, hackathons, and developer newsletters. 6. Content, PR & Social Media Drivethought leadership(blogs, articles, whitepapers, videos, analyst engagement). Own social media calendar, highlight wins, awards, and industry recognition. Manage PR efforts to secure coverage in CIO/tech media. 7. Marketing Ops & Analytics Manage budgets, campaigns, and agencies/vendors. Own funnel analytics: MQL→SQL conversion, SEO/GEO SOV, CAC/MQL, partner-sourced pipeline. Ensure marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo), UTM hygiene, and dashboards are reliable.Requirements 4–6 years of experience inB2B technology marketing(SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software). Proven track record inSEOand working knowledge ofGEO (Generative AI Optimization) . Experience inpartner marketingandenterprise demand generation . Ability to create content for bothtechnical (developer, security architects)andbusiness (CIO, CISO, regulators)audiences. Tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush/Ahrefs; bonus for Looker, Tag Manager. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
