The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in paid media, and a proven track record of driving conversions and ROI.Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks. Track and analyze key performance metrics like CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROI to optimize campaign performance. Develop strategies to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales. Manage budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximize outcomes. Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to produce high-impact campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging performance marketing tools and channels. Provide regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience of 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.). Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving mindset.Preferred: Experience with affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, and marketing automation tools.
