Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Paid, Performance, SEO, Social Media).Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities across multiple channels.Lead a marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy.Oversee content creation, social media, and creative campaigns to ensure brand consistency.Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, preparing detailed reports for management.Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to drive integrated campaigns.Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels to expand reach.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of digital marketing, paid campaigns, SEO, social media, and performance marketing.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Creative thinker capable of developing innovative campaigns.Strong project management skills with attention to detail and timelines.Ability to adapt marketing strategies to changing market conditions.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3-5 years of experiencein marketing, preferably with team management experience.Proven track record in planning and executing successful campaigns across digital and offline channels.Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing are a plus.
