ULIO: A next-gen digital platform offering students career guidance, SAT/ACT test prep, mentorship, skill-building courses, and peer community engagement.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to lead institutional partnerships, drive event-based lead generation, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network within schools and universities, proven B2B/B2C sales skills, and experience managing education-focused events and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Partnerships & Outreach Build and manage institutional partnerships with high schools, international schools, and universities across India. Lead outreach efforts to expand the Globestar network via MoUs, events, and relationship-building. Represent the brand at education fairs, conferences, and strategic meetings. 2. Marketing & Brand Strategy Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.). Plan and oversee social media campaigns, content marketing, and brand-building initiatives aligned with student and parent personas. Collaborate with internal creative and product teams to align messaging and design with business goals. 3. Event Management & Lead Generation Plan and execute student- and counselor-facing events (webinars, school workshops, counselor meets, etc.). Drive event registrations, engagement, and conversions by collaborating with the academic and counseling teams. Track ROI, feedback, and funnel performance for all events. 4. Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversions for both B2B (school partnerships) and B2C (student enrollments). Coordinate with the counseling and product teams to ensure timely follow-ups and service delivery. Track sales KPIs and report performance insights to leadership. 5. Team Leadership Manage and mentor a growing team of marketing and sales associates. Set team goals, review performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Foster a high-performance, growth-driven culture.Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or partnerships within the education, EdTech, or consulting sector. Proven experience in school and university partnerships and event planning/management. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Immediate joiners preferred.Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field. Existing network of school principals, counselors, or university stakeholders.
