Amber raised $18.5M from Marquee investors like Gaja capital.If you are passionate about making international mobility and living, seamless and accessible, then - Join us in building the future of student housing!Job Title: Sr. Social Media ManagerRole:- Proven experience in growing social media channels by 30-40k followers across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok (For UK). - Build brand and multichannel social media strategy based on thorough research and proven experience for SEA, European & American Markets. - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and deep insights. - Conceptualize and execute integrated campaign initiatives to boost brand engagement and discovery. - Identify, negotiate, and manage campaign collaborations and partnerships with relevant brands. - Deliver campaigns and meet performance targets through vendor agencies for overseas market. - Develop and present performance reports with actionable insights. - Lead and manage a brand team, fostering creativity and accountability.Requirements:- 4–6 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or social media growth. - Proven track record of scaling social channels by 30k+ followers with measurable engagement results. - Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and behavior analysis. - Experience in planning and executing 360° brand campaigns. - Prior exposure to influencer/ambassador management and brand collaborations. - Ability to manage external agencies and deliver against timelines. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with the UK student/youth market is a strong plus.What We Offer- Competitive compensation with performance bonuses. - High impact and autonomy—shape the global acquisition strategy end-to-end. - A collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for rapid career growth.Great culture: Instagram | LinkedInHow to Apply:Send your resume and a brief cover letter to reet.s@ with the subject line:“Sr. Social Media Manager”
