Lead Generation Specialist – US & Middle East MarketsLocation: Pune / NagpurExperience Required: 4–8 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on the US and Middle East markets. The role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality B2B leads to support the global sales pipeline.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using prospecting tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies tailored to international markets. This is a target-driven role requiring strong research abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to engage with senior decision-makers across regions.Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US and Middle East markets through online research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, cold calling, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. - Qualify prospects based on decision-making authority, business needs, and budgets. - Collaborate with the sales team to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target industries for both regions. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve monthly and quarterly goals. - Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and multi-channel engagement. - Track and manage all lead activities in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). - Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with regional business objectives. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior across both the US and Middle East.Required Skills & Qualifications- 4–7 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development, focused on international markets (US and/or Middle East preferred). - Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and regional business dynamics. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral/US accent preferred). - Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.). - Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets. - Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.Preferred Skills- Prior experience generating leads for SaaS, IT services, or B2B solutions in US or Middle East markets. - Understanding of regional business cultures, sales cycles, and decision-making processes. - Knowledge of email automation and lead nurturing platforms.
