Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic) with a focus on lead volume, cost-per-lead (CPL), and conversion rates. Budget Management & Optimization:Oversee and meticulously manage a significant digital advertising budget, continually monitoring, optimizing, and scaling campaigns to achieve business objectives and deliver a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Lead Generation & Nurturing:Own the end-to-end digital lead generation funnel, ensuring high-quality traffic is directed to optimized landing pages and coordinating with sales teams for efficient lead handover and tracking. Platform Expertise:Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant real estate listing portals or programmatic platforms. Analytics & Reporting:Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM data, and platform dashboards to conduct in-depth analysis, generate actionable insights, and provide clear, regular reporting on campaign performance to senior management. A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):Continuously test ad copy, creative, audience segmentation, and landing page elements to improve campaign efficiency and overall website conversion rates. Social Media Content Management Agency Management Billing for digital vendors & Meta/Google Media Planning on paid and native platformsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5-7 years of dedicated experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years directly within the real estate/property sector. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale performance marketing budgets and significantly impacting sales pipelines. Strong understanding of the real estate customer journey and sales cycle. Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/data visualization tools, and CRM integration.
