Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Relationship Management • Independently manage key influencer accounts (Assigned Architect, Govt and consultants) in the given territory • Identify the key people within accounts who influence glass specification/purchase and build strong relationships with them • Identify the key external stakeholders which are associated with the project and help sales team in better conversion • Identify the key people within key external influencer accounts who influence glass purchase and build strong relationships with them • Implement key account management process with the targeted key influencer account Revenue • Understand the project decision making and ensure that all support is provided to sales team for the order closure • Support sales team in the closure of the project by supporting from key influencer side • Ensure unique specification to create the differentiatiation to get better price realization. Market Intelligence • Keep track of the industry trends and competition • Identify new potential key accounts • Undertake local and global product benchmarking • Monitor trends towards policy, codes and norms Productivity • Manage team • Achieve specification strike rate from key accounts influencers being managed • Achieve better success rate from specified projects • No of meeting per day • No. of new customer added • No. of new project added Market & Business Development Exposure • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting for high-performance glass and window solutions • Support senior business development managers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • Understand customer requirements and collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions. • Work closely with independent account Client & Industry Engagement • Work closely with architects, façade consultants, developers, and contractors to understand industry needs. • Support client meetings, sales pitches, and technical presentations to promote company products. • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions to enhance market exposure.
