Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled Digital Marketing Executive who can strategize, execute, and optimize our online presence across SEO, paid campaigns, social media, PR, and content channels. This is a core startup role — ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, loves experimentation, and can handle both the creative and technical sides of marketing. Key Responsibilities SEO Leadership (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical) Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor benchmarking for relevant automation and IoT categories. Optimize website pages, meta tags, alt texts, and schema for high search visibility. Plan and execute off-page activities like link-building, guest posting, and digital PR. Audit site health and ensure technical SEO hygiene (page speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, structured data, etc.). Coordinate with web developers to fix SEO-related technical issues. E-commerce Optimization Manage and optimize our listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Heseos’ own e-commerce website. Work with product and design teams to enhance product pages (titles, descriptions, A+ content). Plan campaigns for increasing traffic and conversions through ads, SEO, and influencer collaborations. Monitor product analytics, CTRs, and reviews to drive continuous improvement. Paid Ads Management (Meta & Google) Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) – lead generation, awareness, and remarketing campaigns. Build and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping). Develop ad copies, creatives, and A/B test campaigns to achieve the best ROI. Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and generate weekly and monthly reports. Strategize AI-driven ad optimization and explore automation tools for performance scaling. Social Media & Community Management Lead Instagram and LinkedIn strategy — from content planning to community interaction. Conceptualize and schedule engaging posts (graphics, videos, reels, and stories). Collaborate with the design and content team to maintain brand consistency and tone. Respond to DMs, comments, and queries across platforms in a timely and professional manner. Monitor trends and competitor activities to maintain relevance and engagement. Public Relations & Thought Leadership Identify and manage PR opportunities with tech and lifestyle publications. Draft press releases, media pitches, and collaboration proposals. Work with founders and leadership to amplify brand visibility on LinkedIn and other platforms. Support storytelling and personal branding initiatives for the leadership team. Content Strategy & Creation Ideate and write compelling content for website blogs, ad copies, and LinkedIn posts. Collaborate with design and video teams to build impactful creatives and brand campaigns. Maintain a content calendar aligning product launches, campaigns, and SEO goals. Create case studies, newsletters, and landing page content for specific campaigns. AI & Automation in Marketing Explore and implement AI tools for content generation, analytics, and ad optimization. Use AI-driven insights to improve campaign performance and audience targeting. Stay updated with new tools and emerging technologies that can enhance marketing efficiency. Key Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical) . Strong command over Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager . Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and conversion optimization. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs . Excellent communication and content writing skills (English proficiency required). Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, PR outreach, and influencer management . Awareness of AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, AdCreative.ai, etc. Creative mindset, analytical thinking, and a go-getter attitude.
