Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Pune. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content, and optimizing social media performance. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as designing social media campaigns, analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build an online community. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication skills Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing skills Experience in planning and executing digital campaigns Excellent analytical skills to interpret social media metrics Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Experience with AI and automation in marketing is a plus
