About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead/Manager to own and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role ideal for a hands-on digital marketing expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering measurable impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, product, and sales to implement integrated digital campaigns across various channels. This is not a people management role but demands strong strategic thinking, executional excellence, and ownership of key marketing KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, email, ABM and social media. Own the digital marketing funnel — from traffic acquisition to conversion — and continuously optimize for performance. Drive SEO strategy and oversee continuous website optimization to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversion rates. Manage performance marketing initiatives, including budgeting, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Collaborate with content and design teams to create and optimize compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and digital assets. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform SEO and SEM strategies. Analyze campaign results, prepare reports and dashboards (Google Lookerstudio), and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices; identify new opportunities for growth. Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital touchpoints. Qualifications: 7–10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven track record of planning and executing successful paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc. Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and email marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot/Mailchimp, and similar platforms. Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization, and attribution models. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Nice to Have: Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (for email or landing page edits). Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
