Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Generation Manager to join Wagento and focus exclusively on generating high-quality leads and form fills through the company’s website and targeted campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences. You will independently design, set up, and manage the entire lead generation process without reliance on external agencies, leveraging your expertise in content writing, content strategy, and PPC. Your primary priority is to drive measurable lead growth through strategic, long-term planning while being hands-on and detail-oriented when needed to execute campaigns and optimize performance. You will not be involved in branding or marketing activities, as these are handled by a separate team. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker with a proven track record of building lead gen systems from scratch in eCommerce or similar industries. Key Responsibilities Maximize lead generation and form fills through Wagento’s website and targeted campaigns, driving MQLs and SQLs for B2B and B2C eCommerce services. Develop and execute long-term, strategic lead generation plans targeting sectors like manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and consumer retail, focusing only on activities that directly contribute to lead capture. Optimize Wagento’s website for lead generation by creating high-converting landing pages, CTAs, and forms, ensuring seamless integration with Zoho CRM, diving into technical details as needed. Develop and manage lead gen campaigns via email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and social media, prioritizing channels proven to drive form fills, and personally handling setup and optimization when required. Create compelling, lead-focused content (e.g., landing page copy, email campaigns, whitepapers, ad copy) tailored to B2B and B2C audiences to drive conversions, avoiding any branding-related content tasks. Build and execute content strategies aligned with lead gen goals, incorporating SEO best practices and audience segmentation to maximize form submissions, with a focus on long-term scalability. Set up and manage PPC campaigns from scratch, including keyword selection, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization, rolling up your sleeves to handle granular details to drive form fills. Analyze campaign and website performance metrics (e.g., lead volume, form fill rates, conversion rates, CAC) using Zoho CRM and Google Analytics to optimize lead gen strategies and report on KPIs, providing both high-level insights and detailed recommendations. Build and maintain a lead database in Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and GDPR compliance, focusing only on lead-related data management and troubleshooting issues hands-on when necessary. Conduct A/B testing and market research to improve lead capture efficiency and conversion rates, balancing strategic planning with detailed execution. Avoid any involvement in branding, general marketing, or non-lead-generating activities, as these are managed by a separate team. Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C lead generation, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital agency environments, with a focus on driving form fills. Proven track record of independently designing and managing the entire lead generation process, including website optimization and campaign execution, without external agency support. Exceptional content writing and content strategy skills, with a portfolio of lead-focused content assets (e.g., landing pages, email campaigns, ad copy) that have driven form submissions. Hands-on expertise in PPC campaign setup and management, including platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on generating leads and optimizing performance at a detailed level. Proficiency in Zoho CRM for lead management, campaign tracking, form integration, and reporting, with the ability to dive into technical configurations when needed. Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, focused on lead gen metrics and actionable insights. Deep knowledge of digital channels and SEO best practices, applied strictly to lead generation, with a strategic, long-term perspective. Exceptional strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities, combined with a willingness to roll up sleeves and handle detailed execution when required. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with sales, website, and strategy teams on lead-focused initiatives.
