About WaterApp WaterApp is India’s leading IoT-based platform for smart water management. We help industries, institutions, and residential communities monitor, automate, and reduce their water and energy consumption. With over 300+ sites live across Pune, Mumbai , Delhi, Bangalaore and Chennai. Our system delivers real-world savings through sensors, automation, and actionable insights. We are now scaling our Partner Program to expand our reach across India and are looking for a driven individual to help onboard and support WaterApp channel partners. Responsibilities Identify and travel to meet potential partners (dealers/distributors/installers) in target regions Explain the WaterApp solution, value proposition, and business model Assist in partner onboarding , documentation, and product training Help new partners close their first 2-3 sales and installations Provide technical support and guidance during installation and setup Follow up regularly on partner-led sales , ongoing leads, and post-sales support Coordinate with internal tech and support teams to resolve partner queries Maintain a dashboard of active/responsive partners and monthly pipeline status Share ground-level insights to improve partner experience and program design Qualifications Diploma/BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering 1-3 years experience in working with channel partners, dealers, or distributors Prior experience with IoT, automation, water systems , or technical products is a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with tools like Excel, WhatsApp, CRMs, and dashboard apps Self-starter, high ownership, and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment Must be open to extensive travel (up to 12-15 days/month) across India and beyond
