The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive digital branding initiatives, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute a digital-first brand strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. Define the brand voice, positioning, and messaging across digital channels. Content Development & Campaign Management: Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content for social media, websites, email marketing, and paid campaigns. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Digital Platform Management: Manage and optimize the brand’s presence across websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms. Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints. Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness. Track key brand metrics, including awareness, sentiment, and engagement, and report on progress. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all channels. Work closely with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality digital campaigns. Innovation & Trendspotting: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify new opportunities for brand growth. Experiment with innovative approaches to drive digital engagement and differentiation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Brand Manager in digital marketing. Proven experience in developing and managing successful digital branding campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with e-commerce and digital advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles. Experience managing influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
