About You: Experience:  You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing demand generation campaigns targeting the US market. You thrive in high-growth startup environments and aren’t afraid to wear multiple hats. Pipeline-Focused:  You think beyond just clicks and impressions. Your focus is on lead quality, MQL generation, pipeline velocity, and revenue contribution. You understand how marketing ties into business outcomes. Campaign Builder:  You’ve built and executed multi-channel campaigns—including paid search, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, webinars, and more. You can both strategize and get into the weeds of execution. Creative + Analytical:  You have a flair for messaging and positioning, but you also love data. You’re constantly A/B testing, tracking performance, and iterating to improve outcomes. US Market Know-How:  You understand the nuances of selling to US-based SMB and mid-market SaaS buyers. You know what messaging resonates, how to build trust, and how to move prospects down the funnel. Tech-Savvy:  You’re proficient with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, and other performance marketing and reporting platforms. You know how to manage budgets, channels, and campaign timelines efficiently. High-Velocity Operator:  You thrive under pressure, move with urgency, and prioritize ruthlessly. You’re comfortable with aggressive lead gen targets and have a bias for action and results. What You'll Be Doing: Campaign Execution:  Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, email, retargeting, and content syndication—aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. Lead Generation:  Drive high-quality traffic and convert them into MQLs through compelling offers, optimized landing pages, and conversion-focused content. Consistently hit (or exceed) monthly MQL targets. Lifecycle Nurturing:  Build and manage lead nurturing workflows using email marketing, retargeting, and CRM automation to move leads through the funnel toward sales readiness. Collaboration with Sales:  Work closely with AEs and SDRs to ensure alignment on ICP, lead handoff, and feedback loops. Use sales insights to refine targeting, messaging, and lead qualification criteria. Content & Offers:  Collaborate with content marketers or freelancers to develop ad copy, lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture sequences that convert. Tracking & Reporting:  Monitor and report on campaign performance—including lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, MQL-to-SQL ratios, and pipeline contribution. Own regular performance reviews with leadership. Optimization:  Always be testing—channels, creatives, offers, targeting, landing pages, CTAs. Learn fast, iterate faster, and double down on what’s working. Goal:  Directly contribute to 100+ new logos/month by consistently feeding the sales pipeline with high-intent, qualified leads.
