Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in FMCG and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) to lead our marketing initiatives. The role requires someone who can drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast-paced consumer-facing industries, with the ability to blend brand-building and performance-driven marketing to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives for the FMCG/QSR portfolio. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer insights and trends. Define positioning, value propositions, and brand identity across all channels. 2. Brand & Campaign Management Conceptualize and execute ATL & BTL campaigns (print, outdoor, digital, radio, TV, in-store promotions). Drive menu launches, seasonal promotions, and product campaigns ensuring maximum reach and visibility. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication across all touchpoints. 3. Digital & Performance Marketing Manage social media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and loyalty programs . Drive online ordering platforms, delivery aggregator partnerships (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) , and brand presence. Track ROI on campaigns and optimize for performance. 4. Consumer Engagement & Partnerships Build consumer engagement strategies to increase footfalls, repeat purchase, and brand loyalty . Develop partnerships with delivery platforms, retail chains, and local events for co-branded initiatives. Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product and service improvements. 5. Business & Sales Alignment Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Product Development teams to align marketing activities with business targets. Support franchisee marketing by providing toolkits, localized campaigns, and performance tracking. Monitor category P&L impact and ensure marketing spend efficiency. 6. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs including brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth . Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. Manage marketing budgets effectively. Key Requirements: MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Business Management (preferred). 6–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in FMCG/QSR industry . Strong exposure to brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing . Experience in working with delivery platforms, retail activations, and franchisee-driven businesses is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights. Creative thinker with hands-on execution capability.
