Job Description: Google Ads & SEO Consultant (Government Projects + Marathi Content) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Google Ads & SEO Consultant who can drive impactful digital campaigns, optimize search visibility, and create engaging content for government-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Google Ads, SEO strategy, analytics, and must be fluent in Marathi to develop scripts, creatives, and campaign content tailored for regional audiences. Key Responsibilities: Google Ads Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max). Conduct keyword research with a focus on government program-related terminology. Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Track and analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics & Tag Manager. SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and implement SEO strategies for government initiatives and projects. Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link building and technical SEO audits. Optimize content for local search (Marathi + English keywords). Ensure compliance with Google algorithm updates and government guidelines. Government Project Expertise Understand structure, communication style, and outreach priorities of government departments & schemes. Translate complex government program details into easy-to-understand digital messaging. Align SEO and Ads strategy with public awareness campaigns. Content & Script Creation (Marathi & English) Write ad copies, blogs, and landing page content in Marathi & English. Prepare Marathi scripts for reels, radio spots, voiceovers, and campaign creatives. Ensure cultural sensitivity and audience connect in regional communication. Analytics & Reporting Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights. Suggest optimization strategies for continuous improvement. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in Google Ads & SEO management. Strong knowledge of government projects, policies, and outreach communication. Native-level fluency in Marathi (speaking, reading, writing) and proficiency in English. Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Similar tools. Ability to draft Marathi scripts for video/audio campaigns. Strong analytical mindset and ability to present performance metrics. --- Preferred Attributes Past experience handling digital campaigns for government departments, NGOs, or public sector projects. Creative approach to regional storytelling and engagement. Strong communication and project management skills.
