Company : FPL Technologies- Role : Growth Manager Experience : 3 - 5 years Requirement - Immediate to 30 days Overview : We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid marketing efforts for OneCard (App & Web). The ideal candidate will have experience in Performance Marketing, Web Analytics, Mobile App Marketing and Product Marketing, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing investments to drive growth and efficiency. Responsibilities : Plan and manage all marketing investments on platforms like Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart etc. Collaborate with merchant partners and affiliates to enhance marketing channel efficiency and drive user acquisition. Implement and manage all Martech integrations and day-to-day requirements. Assist the larger Onboarding Product team in helping improve the onboarding experience. Support Product Marketing initiatives to improve customer acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Brand, Design, Content and Data Science to develop and execute campaigns. Oversee A/B testing and experiments to refine ad creatives, targeting, and landing page optimization. To thrive in this role, if you have 3-5 years of experience in FinTech or Consumer space. Good working knowledge of tools like Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta & Google Ads, Semrush. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong people and partnership management skills Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven campaign management.
