Creative Production Manager

Job Title: Creative Production ManagerLocation: Pune (On-site)Department: CreativeReporting to: Creative LeadAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of all creative production across catalog shoots, campaign shoots, and large-scale brand initiatives. If you enjoy building systems, working closely with creative teams, and making complex productions feel seamless, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Execution● Oversee end-to-end production for catalog and campaign shoots● Create monthly production plans in advance with clear timelines● Coordinate shoot schedules, studios, vendors, models, stylists, and post-production● Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines2. Management & Tracking● Log and manage all production tasks on ● Assign owners, set deadlines, and track progress transparently● Share weekly production status updates with stakeholders● Proactively identify risks and adjust plans when required3. Resource & Capacity Management● Plan and allocate shoot days, post-production bandwidth, and vendor timelines efficiently● Monitor team capacity and prevent scheduling conflicts● Reduce last-minute rescheduling through structured planning4. Process & Documentation● Maintain clear SOPs for:○ Catalog shoot workflows○ Shoot schedules○ Vendor coordination○ Sample movement tracking● Ensure all shoot documentation is properly archived and accessible5. Collaboration & Communication● Act as the coordination point between Creative, Marketing, Vendors, and Leadership● Maintain clarity on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables● Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For● 3-5 years of experience in creative production, campaign execution, or shoot management in an agency/production house/in-house environment● Strong planning and organizational skills● Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment● Comfort with project management tools ( preferred)● Clear communicator who stays calm under pressure● Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindsetWhat Success Looks Like● Shoots run smoothly and efficiently● Timelines are predictable and well-communicated● Stakeholders feel informed and confident● Production processes improve as the brand growsThis role is ideal for someone who loves structure as much as creativity - and wants to help build a production system that supports ambitious, high-quality work.
