From raw material procurement to product assembly and commissioning, Visa Electrofab ensures efficient end-to-end quality control and superior product realization.Position: Production Incharge Location: Warje, Pune Reporting To: General Manager / Director Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering Experience:3–5 Years in Panel Manufacturing IndustryRole Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge at Visa Electrofab Pvt. Ltd., located in Pune. The Production Incharge will oversee daily operations on the manufacturing floor, plan and manage production schedules, and ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising assembly lines, managing resource allocation, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and organizational goals.Qualifications Responsible for smooth day to day work operations in Wiring Department, Shop Floor, Stores and Purchase Dept. etc. in consultation with General Manager Take charge by effectively coordinating the inter‐dependent functions Perform or supervise panel wiring and busbaring. Direct and train the engineers to ensure accuracy in GA Drawings, Electrical drawings, BOM etc. Monitor electrical designs are strictly as per the project requirements Closely work with Purchase to make available recurring and regular material Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the production loss. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Maintain upto date documentation for ISO audits etc. Monitor quality work in Wiring Department.
