Roles and Responsibilites:1. Preparation of RFQ /Investment estimation for Industrialisation2. NPD Project handling and Timeline tracking3. Knowledge on Industrial Engineering, Safety standards, APQP and PPAP4. Overall Assembly Line Equipment, Jigs & Fixtures - Design and Development5. Knowledge on CATIA, Solid works or 3D equivalent, AutoCAD, Plant Layout6. Execute on DFM & FMEA7. Standardization of Equipment’s8. Perform on Design review and release of Equipment’s9. Establish of Assembly fixtures , End of line tester equipment , IC and FCT Fixtures10. Knowledge on PLC, control Panel and third-party Electronic hardware.11. Lead and execute Projects Budget Estimation / CAPEX Planning12. Perform on MSA, GAUGE R&R, SEMI AUTOMATION13. Project Risk Assessment and Mitigation14. Lean Manufacturing15. Perform on AIAG, VDA, IATF 16494 audits16. Lead LVPT/HVPT/PSW
