Our leadership team includes Harvard and IIT Bombay alumni and Forbes 30 under 30 Asia winners.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production of our road sweeper line and litter picker machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting production plans, managing the production floor, and ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing processes.Responsibilities- Develop and implement monthly production plans in collaboration with the team. - Oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring organization and cleanliness. - Ensure adherence to best practices in production and maintain high-quality standards. - Manage production-related software and tools, including Excel and other relevant systems. - Conduct daily production meetings, allocate tasks, and monitor job cards. - Ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders and maintain a well-organized floor. - Uphold safety standards and drive efficiency improvements. - Collaborate with management and workers to enhance communication and workflow. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve systems and processes for better routing and planning.Qualifications- 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. - Exposure to both large corporate and small-scale manufacturing settings. - Proven track record in managing production operations and teams.Required Skills- Proficiency in production management software and Excel. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and floor management.Preferred Skills- Highly disciplined and organized with a strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both workers and management. - Ability to adhere to timelines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Pay range and compensation package- Competitive salary - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Work in a dynamic and innovative startup environmentIf you are a motivated and experienced manufacturing professional looking to make a significant impact in a cutting-edge industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Spruce Up Industries.
