We are looking for Production ManagerDuration: Permanent Location: Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, & Vadodara Timings: Full Time (As per company timings) Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only) Experience: 6-12 Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure) and hands-on experience in the US Healthcare domain applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of production systems while working closely with development and operations teams.Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for healthcare applications built on the MS technology stack. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues promptly. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and optimal performance of production systems. Analyze recurring incidents and implement preventive measures. Support deployment activities, patches, and releases in coordination with DevOps and QA teams. Prepare and maintain documentation for production processes, incident resolutions, and system changes. Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance with healthcare data security and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework/Core and Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.). Solid understanding of the US Healthcare domain (EHR, Claims, Enrollment, or similar modules). Expertise in production support, application monitoring, and performance tuning. Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps). Experience with database management (SQL Server, stored procedures, query optimization).
