About the RoleLocation - Pune - Kharadi We’re looking for aContinuous Improvement (CI) Managerto lead strategic, tactical, and operational excellence across our organization. This is akey leadership position , driving transformation through Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to shape the CI roadmap, influence business outcomes, and ensure impactful, measurable results.What You’ll DoLead CI Strategy:Develop and execute the CI roadmap aligned to organizational goals. Manage Programs:Oversee a portfolio of CI initiatives from design to implementation. Problem Solving:Use Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, and Kaizen to identify and resolve process inefficiencies. Partner with Leaders:Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive change and deliver business impact. Drive Data-Based Decisions:Use analytics to track performance, measure results, and recommend improvements. Build Capability:Deliver training on CI methodologies to strengthen internal capabilities. Governance & Reporting:Establish performance metrics and provide regular leadership updates.What You Bring ✅ 12–15 years’ experience inContinuous Improvement / Operational Excellence / Program Management ✅ Proven success leading CI programs across diverse business functions ✅ Strong expertise inLean, Six Sigma, RCA, and Value Stream Mapping ✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills ✅ Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics-based decision-making ✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field (Lean/Six Sigma Certification preferred)Why Join Us?
