Litigation - MSME

We are seeking aLitigation - MSMEprofessional to handle all legal cases pertaining toMSME loan defaults , recovery, and related disputes. You will be responsible for representing the bank in various legal forums, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with external counsels to drive efficient litigation outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and the ability to handle pre-litigation notices and settlement negotiations. Roles & Responsibilities: Case Management : Handle all legal cases pertaining toMSME loan defaults , recovery, and related disputes across civil and criminal jurisdictions. Legal Representation : Represent the bank in various legal forums, courts, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings. Documentation : Draft, vet, and review legal documents, including plaints, written statements, affidavits, notices, and replies. Coordination : Coordinate with external legal counsels and recovery teams to drive efficient litigation outcomes. Maintain litigationMISand ensure regular updates to internal stakeholders. Compliance & Risk Analysis : Ensure adherence toSARFAESI, DRT, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) , and theRBIregulatory framework in all legal actions. Conduct legal due diligence and risk analysis for MSME portfolio-related matters. Pre-Litigation & Settlement : Handle pre-litigation notices and support the negotiation and settlement of claims when feasible. Skills Required: Proven experience in handling legal cases related toMSME loan defaultsand recovery. Strong knowledge of civil and criminal litigation procedures. Expertise in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents. Familiarity with theSARFAESI, DRT, IBC , andRBIregulatory frameworks. Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
