Do refer the detailed job description below -Specifics of the roleDrafting notices and replies thereto Drafting plaints, written statements, appeals, applications, complaints etc.Filing and defending court cases / complaints before various forumsLook after day to day activities / stages pertaining to the litigationTaking chief examination, cross examination, and re-examination of witnessStand before court, tribunal or authority various applications and finally argue the matter before court or authorityProvide legal advice, strategy and legal opinion on various legal issues related to the litigationPracticing lawyer in real estate matters with thorough knowledge of laws regulating real estate & litigation preferred.Personality Dimensions –Result orientedExcellent communicatorTenacityAttention to detailIf you love 'OUTDOING', this is the place to be!
