The legal associate will also be required to work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEffective drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements.Research on laws applicable to Frido’s business.Timely communication with the teams for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.Reviewing trademark and designs applications to be filed for Frido’s IP.Attempt at being up-to-date with laws applicable to Frido.QualificationsLawyer (LL.B Graduate);Expertise in corporate/business laws applicable to Frido;Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;Ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision; andAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Experience1-2 years**Candidates who have worked / interned at start-up company(ies) / organization(s) and reputed law firms will be preferred.Work ProfilePosition: Legal AssociateWorkdays: Monday – SaturdayWork Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMLocation: Pune (Work from Office – On-site)Interested candidates can share their resumes at ruchi.c@
