Job Description:Legal AssociateLocation : Remote (Pune Only) Department : LegalAbout The Role: The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in legal research, drafting, and compliance, and will be adept at handling a wide range of legal responsibilities across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. In this role, you will support senior counsel and cross-functional teams by reviewing and drafting contracts, managing legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and providing timely legal advice to ensure the organization’s operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements Conduct legal research on various business issues Provide employment law guidance to internal teams Support regulatory compliance initiatives Create and update legal templates and documents Assist with intellectual property matters Help resolve legal disputes and mitigate risks Maintain accurate records of all legal activities Collaborate with business teams on legal requirements Prepare legal opinions on diverse issues Participate in monthly in-person meetings at Pune office Advise on general corporate law matters including but not limited to CSR activitiesGeneral Requirements: LLB degree required 3-5 years post-qualification experience Minimum one year experience in a lawfirm Strong contract drafting and review skills Excellent communication abilities Self-motivation and ability to work independently Reliable internet connection and home office setupKey Competencies: Analytical ability Attention to detail Logical reasoning Persuasiveness Sound judgmentAbout Atidiv:At Atidiv, we help businesses scale smarter with our tech-enabled, data-driven outsourcing solutions such as customer experience, bookkeeping, ad operations and data engineering.
