This role will focus exclusively on managing and growing relationships with Enterprise Customers within the Data Center and Colocation ecosystem.The ideal candidate should come with a strong consultative and strategic accounts background, coupled with experience in enterprise infrastructure, digital infrastructure, colocation, or data center environments.This is a high-impact role involving engagement with large enterprises, CXOs, infrastructure leaders, and strategic stakeholders across India.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across IndiaBuild long-term relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makersDrive consultative customer engagements around Data Center and Colocation solutionsIdentify business opportunities within existing and new enterprise accountsUnderstand customer infrastructure, cloud, AI, and digital transformation requirementsWork closely with internal leadership, commercial, solutioning, and operations teams to drive customer successLead strategic account planning and revenue growth initiativesSupport complex enterprise deal discussions and commercial negotiationsMaintain strong understanding of market trends within Data Centers, Colocation, Cloud, and Digital InfrastructureTravel across India for customer meetings, strategic discussions, and business development activitiesPreferred Profile8–15 years of experience in Strategic Accounts / Enterprise Business / Consultative SalesStrong exposure to Enterprise Customers in Data Center or Colocation businessesPrior experience in consultative, advisory, enterprise infrastructure, or strategic customer-facing rolesStrong understanding of Data Center, Colocation, Cloud, or Digital Infrastructure ecosystemsExperience handling large enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder engagementsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsStrong commercial acumen and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentWhat We’re Looking ForEnterprise relationship management expertiseConsultative and strategic thinking capabilityStrong ownership mindsetAbility to engage and influence senior enterprise stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with high execution focusWhy Join UsOpportunity to work at the forefront of India’s rapidly growing Data Center industryHigh-visibility role with significant ownershipOpportunity to work closely with leadership and shape strategic growth initiatives
