We are passionate about delivering impactful Salesforce implementations that drive measurable business outcomes.As we continue to expand our global delivery capabilities, we are looking for experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Technical Architects to join our growing India team on a part-time and fully remote basis.Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in designing scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform with an emphasis on Commerce Cloud and Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead technical architecture discussions, guide development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of complex Salesforce implementations.This role requires strong technical leadership, solution design expertise, and the ability to work directly with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Commerce Cloud and Revenue Cloud, and custom platform implementationsLead end-to-end technical solution design and integration architectureCollaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutionsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teamsDefine best practices for coding, security, governance, CI/CD, integrations, and deployment strategiesDesign and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and third-party applicationsConduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimizationEnsure compliance with Salesforce platform limits, security standards, and enterprise architecture principlesSupport pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and technical discovery sessions when requiredStay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practicesRequired Qualifications10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture and developmentStrong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIsExtensive experience designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for Commerce Cloud and Revenue CloudExperience with integrations, middleware platforms, and external systemsStrong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing architecture, and governor limitsHands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote consulting environmentPreferred QualificationsSalesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications preferredSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a strong plusExperience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Nonprofit Cloud implementations is advantageousExposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologiesExperience working with global clients and distributed teamsWhy Join Plumlogix?Fully Remote Opportunity across IndiaWork on enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programsCollaborative and innovation-driven cultureOpportunity to work with global customers and leadership teamsCareer growth and leadership opportunities in a rapidly growing organization
