About Position:We are looking for a Data Security Consultant with strong hands?on experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies, specifically Symantec DLP (Broadcom) and Forcepoint DLP. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing DLP solutions to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.Role: Data Security ConsultantLocation: PuneExperience: 5 + yearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Engage with enterprise customers as a product expert to implement solutions, using remote web conferencing tools.Implementation activities include installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions and implementing product best practicesDriving high levels of customer satisfactionBe a strong voice for your customers in the Product and Engineering teams to improve the product and ensure that Proofpoint deployments are successfulWorking with multiple parties - internal departments as well as the customer - to ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution to technical issues and completion of projectsDefine and document the best practice techniques, processes, templates, and architectures for use by the greater field organizationExpertise You'll Bring:5+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing technical field such as professional services, sales engineering, or technical supportExperience with Email Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, or Cloud SecurityExperience in large systems design and project implementation for enterprise environmentsSystem administration experience with Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, including web infrastructure (IIS, MS SQL)Broad technical knowledge of Internet SaaS products and technologies such as: O365, G-Suite, Single Sign-On Solutions (Azure SSO, SAML, Okta, etc.), Azure AD & ADFS, etc.The ideal candidate will have experience with Proofpoint products and technologiesA thorough understanding of TCP/IP protocols and how they work.
