We are headquartered in Pune (India), and services clients across USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific and India through our local offices.Job Location : Pune and MumbaiPosition : Tech Lead (Web Developer)Qualification : B.E/ BTech/ ME/ MTech (Computer/ IT/ Mech/ Civil)Master in Computer ApplicationResponsibilities:Engage with customers to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into comprehensive Functional and Software Requirement Specifications (FRS/SRS).Lead Business Requirement Analysis, project scoping, application architecture definition, development oversight, debugging, and testing across all phases of the client/server application lifecycle.Effectively communicate industry best practices, technical concepts, and product knowledge to customers through high-quality documentation, presentations, and discussions.Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing end-to-end system architectures (microservices or monolithic) and defining relational/non-relational database schemas for at least two full-cycle enterprise projects.Continuously monitor and optimize website/application performance, identify usability issues, analyze traffic anomalies, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and scalability.Required Skills/Abilities:7+ years of total Experience.Development: Angular 16+, .Net 8, html, CSS, JavaScriptDatabases: PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server / MySQL / OracleFramework: Ocelot, Envoy (If have knowledge in this then good)Repositories: GitLab, GitHub, BitbucketOther: Dockers, Kubernetes (If have knowledge in this then good)Documentation: ConfluenceTask/Defect Tracking: Jira, Shortcut
